Is this enough?
No
It isn’t’
— Keren Cytter, White Diaries
Avalanche is a solo exhibition Keren Cytter in two parts, starting in two spaces. For the first half, Keren Cytter produces an ambitious new work in Berlin and London, consisting of a four-screen installation that will be shown at DRAF’s Camden space and Pilar Corrias Gallery, with the installation in each space existing in dialogue with the other.
The second half of the exhibition introduces a sharp change of focus. The artist alters the formula of a solo show by abandoning the control of its content. Solely at DRAF from 15 February, Cytter asks artists Willem de Rooij and Falke Pisano to select a group of her films and to define the content of her exhibition. Pisano selected French Film (2002), Les Ruissellements du Diable (2008), The hottest day of the year, part 1 and 2, (2010). De Rooij selected Continuity (2005) and New Age (2007)
